for venues

The service we provide ensures that you can have the event you want the way you want it with minimal fuss. We assess your entire setup, from venue equipment and layout to staff training to ensure your venue is suitable for every type of performance you wish.

We monitor all performers paperwork and certify for you that each performance is within guidelines to ensure your safety and legal obligations. We retain copies of all necessary paperwork in line with GDPR to be made available to you at all times and in the case of any incidents we liaise with any authorities or insurance companies to ensure that it is demonstrated your attention and commitment to the safety of your staff and customers. This dramatically reduces insurance liability, the risks of fines or civil action, incident risk and customer complaints. In the unlikely event of any incidents, questions or complaints regarding health and safety after using our services, we can speak on your behalf which saves you time and money.

for performers

Our aim is to make sure you can do the show you want and do it your way. We can review your paperwork and any media you have of your shows and assess whether everything is within current law and best practice. If we find anything that could be improved for legal compliance or insurance conditions, we provide you with the tools and guidance you need to make the necessary changes to your show in a friendly, judgement-free manner. In regards to paperwork, we provide you with templates, examples and, if needed, guidance over the phone.

We also run an update service where, with your permission, we can make date/venue adjustments and file your paperwork automatically for any venue that has contracted us saving you from submitting paperwork every time you walk on stage. We retain your paperwork in line with GDPR so in case of a historical incident you can get a copy of your paperwork for that night demonstrating your commitment to the safety of your act and our assessment that your act was safe and legal. We retain data only as long as required by GDPR. These services are free to any performer working at a venue that has contracted us.

how we work:

Assessing and arranging venue, staff and policy documents to ensure that all desired events can run safely and legally in the way you want.

Reviewing and assessing every document provided by performers to ensure the show is within guidelines and retain those documents according to GDPR.

Providing the performers all necessary guidance and documentation they need to show their show is safe and legal and, if necessary, to provide them with the tools and advice to make any adjustments.

Acting as a competent person for venues. This reduces your liability, protecting you from enforcement actions and liaising on your behalf with third parties and enforcement agencies.

Streamlining and retaining all paperwork for venues and performers to ensure both have a protected written history of safe behaviours.
6.
Constantly consulting with performers, solicitors, local authorities and insurance companies to maintain an updated knowledge base of the latest rules and regulations to ensure you have access to the latest information.
